"Extremely disappointing experience. Never visiting again. Today I went to AB Cafe to buy Matcha Vanilla Oats and was charged ₹280. Considering it’s peak winter, I politely requested less ice. Instead of understanding, the person at the counter started arguing and said: “Sir, ice ke hi paise hote hain. Coffee to 100 gram hi hoti hai. Ice nikal dunga to glass mein kuchh bachega hi nahi.” This response was rude, unprofessional, and shocking. Technically, it felt like they were trying to sell a full glass of ice for ₹300 rather than the actual product. Customer experience matters, not excuses. The behaviour alone was enough to ruin the visit. Pathetic service. Highly disappointing. BYCOTTING AB Cafe."
